When did you first become interested in working in finance?
Spring semester of my senior year in college, with three months left to graduation. At that point, I had finally figured out what I wanted to accomplish in the upcoming five years; I wanted financial security. But I knew in order to do that and truly succeed, I had to fully understand finance as an industry, and most importantly understand how to make and keep money. With no background, I ventured out after graduation and landed my first full time job at a private broker/dealer.
