Eric Wedbush has been investing in and advising private and public middle market companies for over twenty years. Currently, Mr. Wedbush directs WEDBUSH's investment activities, oversees its strategic initiatives, and serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Wedbush's investment experience includes leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth equity, negotiated investments into public companies, and venture capital. His specific industry experience and focus includes consumer products and services, basic manufacturing, financial services, environmental and specialty retailing. Prior to joining WEDBUSH in 2000, Mr. Wedbush spent ten years as an executive with Wedbush Securities in the Equity Capital Markets Group, most recently as the Director of Equity Research. Prior to his role as Director of Research, Mr. Wedbush was a Managing Director of Investment Banking where he advised middle market companies and institutional investors on equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts. Mr. Wedbush began his private equity career with Wedbush Capital Partners, an institutional investment partnership where he completed several management buyouts and growth financings for lower middle market companies. Eric holds an M.B.A. from The Anderson School at University of California, Los Angeles. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University. Eric currently serves on the Boards of WEDBUSH, Inc., Wedbush Securities, Wedbush Bank, Lime Brokerage, Reyn Spooner, ONE Industries, The UCLA Anderson School of Management Harold and Pauline Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies Board of Advisors, and is a board observer of BATS Trading. Additionally, he serves as a Managing Director of both Wedbush Capital Partners and Wedbush Opportunity Partners.
Gary Wedbush is Executive Vice President, Head of the Capital Markets Group, and member of the Executive Management Committee of Wedbush Securities Inc. the brokerage subsidiary of WEDBUSH. Inc. Gary joined Wedbush in 1998 and today is responsible for all equities, fixed income, derivatives, research, trading, and investment banking operations. Gary is a Board Member of Lime Brokerage, a subsidiary of Wedbush Inc. and has been a board observer of BATS Global Markets, Inc. since its formation and Wedbush Inc. was a founding investor in 2005. He is also a board observer of Wedbush Securities and Wedbush Inc. Prior to joining Wedbush, Gary held various trading and trading management positions at Montgomery Securities, S.G Warburg, and Lehman Brothers. Gary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from UCLA and a Master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Jeff Bell is the CEO and President of Lime Brokerage. He dually serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of the Clearing and Technology Group at affiliate firm Wedbush Securities. Jeff joined Lime in June 2011 through WEDBUSH, Inc.’s acquisition, Jeff is responsible for the oversight and strategic development of the financial technologies broker dealer. Jeff joined Wedbush in 1997, and is responsible for the Clearing and Technology Group, which includes all aspects of Correspondent Services, Information Technology, and Corporate Marketing. Jeff has served on various industry committees including; Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) Core Services Operations and Planning Committee, SIFMA Technology Management Committee, Thomson Reuters Beta Systems Executive User Committee, and the Wedbush Securities Executive Management Committees. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. He lives in Los Angeles, CA with his wife and three children.
Michael Richter is currently the CFO and the EVP of New Business Development for Lime Brokerage LLC. Prior to joining Lime Brokerage, Michael was President of Citicorp Securities Services, a NYSE member firm. His career includes senior financial and operational management roles at Citibank, Lehman Brothers, E.F. Hutton, American Express International Bank, and Arthur Andersen. Michael has an engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master's degree from MIT's Sloan School of Management. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
